30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to request a return

Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the issue results from our error, damage or a product defect, including an incorrect item. You pay return shipping for a change of mind. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess the problem. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent us from addressing damage, defects or incorrect goods. We will explain the applicable return and refund steps and cover return shipping for these issues.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
