Products and prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Each product page states the material, finish, dimensions, color and number of pieces included. Review the selected specifications before submitting a purchase. Product images illustrate the listed design; screen settings may affect the appearance of colors.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the stated total for your selected goods and applicable charges. Any payment must be confirmed by the payment service before it is treated as completed.
Orders
Review your contact, shipping and billing information before submitting an order. A submitted request or payment authorization alone should not be treated as confirmation that an order has been accepted. Where an order is accepted, its confirmation identifies the relevant goods and charges. Contact us for assistance with an order request.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to our stated U.S. service area. Standard shipping is free. Handling and transit estimates, the fixed cutoff and business day rules are set out in the Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery periods are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. That policy explains ordinary return conditions, damaged or incorrect goods, return shipping responsibility and the 10-calendar-day approved refund period.

Follow the care guidance for each product. Do not use a product with cracks or chips. No unlisted certification, test result or appliance compatibility is promised.
